Ongoing Development and Support Agreement (ODSA): We can provide support on a monthly basis for a set number of hours each month. We work with you to identify what support items get handled each month, or if some support items need to wait until a later time. We can also do new development projects as a part of this plan. API work is included in ODSA hours, however, it is billed at a higher rate. You can set a specific number of months for the ODSA, or you can set it to ongoing. If you need to stop the ongoing ODSA, we would agree upon a specific point in time that notice would need to be given to end the ODSA.
If all of the hours are not used within a month, 20% of the monthly hours can be rolled over one time to the following month. On the other hand, if you need to borrow hours from the next month, that is possible one time in a 6 month period. If more hours are needed consecutively, we will discuss increasing the number of monthly hours.
